Example concept: follow a guided scenario with clear decision points.
Turn a procedure into an experience.
VR training places a learner inside a simulated situation. An experience can introduce equipment, guide a sequence of actions, or present a decision that changes what happens next. The scenario is designed around a learning objective and reviewed with the people who understand the real procedure.
- Set the objective. Choose a task or decision to practise, define the scenario boundaries, and agree what successful completion means.
- Practise in context. Use prompts, equipment interactions, and checkpoints to guide a learner through the virtual task.
- Reflect and repeat. Review actions and missed steps, discuss the reasoning, and repeat the scenario with a different level of guidance.
